entirely to the discretion of P.A.2 Web Design management.

5. Payment Policy: All accounts are set up with 50% prepaid and the remaining 50% when the website
is approved. Any cancellations or modifications in services invalidates the quoted price.
Setup fees are charged for all new accounts that we are web hosting are non-refundable
under any circumstances. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. Payment is based on a
yearly basis for our web hosting packages.Credit card orders will be charged automatically to the card
number on file. If for any reason the card does not clear with the bank on three attempts, the account is
subject to suspension. Any account not brought current within a week of e-mail notice or exceeding this
time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the
account from the time it is established to the time that the customer notifies P.A.2 Web Design in writing
for a request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency. P.A.2 Web Designs reserves
the right to change prices at any time.

as complete as possible. The website is provided as an "as is, as available" and is subject to change without
notice. P.A.2 Web Designs shall not be liable nor responsible for any person with respect to any loss or
